How to Play

In May 1992 the Irish Lotto was subjected to a “brute force” attack by a Dublin-based syndicate led by Polish businessman, Stefan Klincewicz. At the original cost of £0.50 per line, all combinations of tickets could be bought for £973,896. With the jackpot at £1.7 million, the syndicate tried to cover all possible results. They managed to buy 80% of the lines and eventually made a profit of £310,000 before costs!
