How to Play
The Irish Lotto is a 6/45 lottery with a bonus ball.
Players must choose 6 numbers from 1 to 45 and must purchase a minimum of 2 lines at a cost of 1.5 euros each. So the minimum cost to play the game is 3 euros.

At the original cost of £0.50 per line, all combinations of tickets could be bought for £973,896. With the jackpot at £1.7 million, the syndicate tried to cover all possible results. They managed to buy 80% of the lines and eventually made a profit of £310,000 before costs!
